The purchase price was not disclosed; RCS says the acquisition basis is substantially below estimated cost, according to Connect CRE. No comparison figure or discount size was disclosed. As this publication reported in September, 46% of Deloitte survey respondents expected no sales and sellers and buyers have stopped producing public marks.
