Nuveen secured an A$1 billion first close for Australian real estate debt, with CPP Investments committing A$300 million and Temasek returning after backing the prior A$650 million vintage. The prior vintage closed in May 2025 with A$650 million in equity commitments.

Tishman Speyer closed its first TS Plus Europe acquisition, a 466-room Vienna student housing block completed in 2024. The property includes a restaurant, café and office space; no purchase price was disclosed.

Dils put Italian real estate investment at €10.6 billion in the first nine months of 2026, 30 percent above the same period in 2025 and 62 percent above the 10-year average, according to IREI.

Green Street reported European property prices fell 1 percent as bid yields widened, with industrial and residential leading declines. Data centres, retail and hotel held up on net operating income growth.

ESR plans a Saudi and UAE logistics and data center platform with more than 3 million square meters and a potential end value above $10 billion. The company says it has identified the assets across the GCC.
