Madison Realty Capital manages about $5.6 billion in regulatory assets as of Oct. 3. On Oct. 2 this publication reported the firm funded a $127 million take-out loan on the Arcadian, a 502-unit Fort Lauderdale project from The Fuse Group and KREA Developments.

Separately, the Puget Sound pipeline shrank over the past year as developers cancelled approved projects, according to Kidder Mathews data this publication covered in September.
