Jonathan Rose hires Alix Rice to lead investor relations and capital formation

Jonathan Rose Cos. has named Alix Rice managing director of investor relations and capital formation, putting her in charge of its investor relations team and its capital-raising work. IREI reported the appointment on Oct. 8.

Rice will oversee investor relations and capital formation across the investment platform. She will be the firm's key liaison to investors, consultants and strategic partners. Her mandate covers serving existing investors and expanding the investor base, including communicating strategy, performance and impact to current and prospective capital partners.

Rice spent nearly two decades at Jamestown, the $14 billion real estate investment manager, most recently as a managing director and head of investor relations, according to IREI. In that role she led institutional investor relations globally. Her more than 20 years of experience also spans real estate development, sustainability and communications.
