The 10-story building, built in 1999 and renovated in 2021, is 96% leased to 13 tenants, according to Connect CRE, which first reported the trade. Andrew Weir, the JLL senior managing director who led the capital markets team with Kevin Byrd, Jim Meisel, Dave Baker and Trey Ramsey, called Tysons 'the premier submarket in Northern Virginia' for well-located, renovated assets with proven leasing success, and said the asset has already shown significant rental-rate growth.
