Gantry has secured a $110 million permanent loan to refinance a six-property portfolio for Bixby Capital Management, Connect CRE reported Oct. 7. Five are single-tenant industrial buildings in Southern California and Texas submarkets; the sixth is Bixby's headquarters office in Newport Beach, California.

All six assets are 100% leased, according to the report.

Northmarq research cited in this publication put second-quarter single-tenant investment sales at roughly $13.5 billion, up 19.1% year over year, with industrial at nearly two-thirds of that.

The Gantry deal team included senior director Stephan Coste, principal Andy Bratt and associate Nick Severson, according to Connect CRE.
