Anderson Real Estate has completed a $550 million refinancing of Anderson Towers, the two-building office campus at 1800 and 1900 Avenue of the Stars in Century City, Los Angeles, IREI reported. PRED's deal log dates the closing to Oct. 12.

The campus is 98.1 percent leased, per IREI, and Anderson has invested more than $300 million in the two properties since 2021. That money funded a repositioning completed in 2025: modernized building facades, renovated lobbies and common areas, and landscaped outdoor space connecting the towers. David Montalba of Montalba Architects and Dillon Diers of OJB Landscape Architecture led the redesign.

The leasing behind the refinancing includes Ares Management's 12-year lease for roughly 206,000 square feet at 1800 Avenue of the Stars, signed in 2023.

"We've invested in Anderson Towers because we believe deeply in the long-term strength of Century City," Matt Lavin, the firm's executive chairman, said in the announcement, adding that the campus's leasing results validated that conviction.
